How much does office furniture cost? Can you work within my budget?
It depends on what you need, but we pride ourselves on finding solutions at every price point. We work with over 60 office furniture manufacturers, which means we can furnish an office at every price point possible. Give us your budget and your headcount, and we'll put together a proposal that works for you, no pressure, no surprise markups.
What's the difference between new, pre-owned, and refurbished furniture?
New is exactly what it sounds like, current models straight from the manufacturer. Pre-owned is gently used furniture that's still in great condition, often from companies that downsized or relocated. Refurbished means the dealership has restored a piece to like-new condition. New fabric, fresh paint, repaired mechanisms. We specialize in new furniture here at Carlsbad Office Furniture but can point you in the right direction on pre-owned/refurbished items.
What brands do you carry?
We work with all the major open-line commercial furniture manufacturers. How fast can I get my furniture?
For in-stock items, we can often deliver within the same week. Custom orders or specialty pieces typically take 1–6 weeks depending on the quantity, customization, and manufacturer. If you're on a tight timeline, as in your lease is starting next month, please let us know upfront and we'll prioritize getting you set up on time.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. We handle delivery, installation, and setup across San Diego County. Our team will bring everything in, assemble it, place it where you want it, and haul away the packaging. You don't have to lift a finger.

Absolutely. We offer free workspace consultations where we look at your floor plan, headcount, workflow, and budget, then recommend a furniture plan that makes the best use of your space. Whether you're moving into a new office or reconfiguring your current one, we can help you figure out what goes where before you spend a dollar.
